Service Details: - Unboxing and Installation: We'll unbox your TV, attach it to the stand, and position it where you want. - Connection Setup: Your TV will be connected to video components and integrated with your existing Wi-Fi network. - Remote Programming: We'll program the TV's remote control for immediate use. - Streaming Service Configuration: Up to two streaming services like Netflix or Pandora will be set up for your enjoyment. - Voice Assistant Integration: Configure your existing voice assistant for basic TV commands, enhancing your viewing experience. - Cable Management: We ensure all wires and cables are neatly arranged and the area is tidy post-setup. Our specialist will ensure your new TV is fully functional and integrated seamlessly with your home entertainment system, providing a stress-free and enjoyable viewing experience.

Cancellation Policy

Services Policy: - Services can be booked via our website, phone, or in person. - Payment can be made online or in person, either at the time of booking or upon service completion. - Booking confirmation does not require immediate payment, but full payment must be completed upon service completion. Cancellation and Refunds: - You may cancel or change your appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. - Cancellations or changes made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in a forfeiture of the full payment. - In the case of cancellation by us due to unforeseen circumstances, you will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. No-Show Policy: - Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice (no-show) will result in the forfeiture of the full payment. Rescheduling: - Appointments can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled service time, subject to availability. Late Arrivals: - Clients arriving late for an appointment may have their service time reduced or may need to reschedule, with the full cost of the service charged. Workmanship Guarantee: - We guarantee the quality of our work and will address any service-related issues reported within 30 days of the service date at no extra cost. Liability: - We are not responsible for any pre-existing issues or damage to your property or equipment that are not directly caused by our service.
