Rescheduling: - Appointments can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled service time, subject to availability. Late Arrivals: - Clients arriving late for an appointment may have their service time reduced or may need to reschedule, with the full cost of the service charged. Workmanship Guarantee: - We guarantee the quality of our work and will address any service-related issues reported within 30 days of the service date at no extra cost. Liability: - We are not responsible for any pre-existing issues or damage to your property or equipment that are not directly caused by our service.
