Structured as 2-hour sessions over three weeks, totalling 6 hours, the course blends theoretical insights with practical exercises, including role-playing, to cultivate strong leadership and communication skills. These activities are designed to simulate real project scenarios, providing participants with the opportunity to practice and refine their skills. Following the course, participants receive two hours of free consultation, valid for six months, offering tailored advice to improve their leadership and communication skills in their professional roles. This course equips individuals with the knowledge and practical experience to lead teams successfully and communicate effectively in project-based work.
Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling: - Appointments can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled service time, subject to availability. Late Arrivals: - Clients arriving late for an appointment may have their service time reduced or may need to reschedule, with the full cost of the service charged. Workmanship Guarantee: - We guarantee the quality of our work and will address any service-related issues reported within 30 days of the service date at no extra cost. Liability: - We are not responsible for any pre-existing issues or damage to your property or equipment that are not directly caused by our service. Privacy: - Client information will be handled with confidentiality and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law. Acceptance of Terms: - Booking a service with us signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions. Changes to the booked service or these terms must be agreed upon in writing.
