Our specialist will connect and configure your audio hub/bridge and device, ensuring they integrate perfectly with your Wi-Fi and audio system. Service Process: - Initial Assessment: We evaluate the work scope to match your expectations, providing solutions if necessary. - Hub/Bridge Setup: Connection of your audio hub/bridge to Wi-Fi, with software installation on your chosen device. - Audio Device Configuration: We set up and integrate networked audio devices with your system, supporting various brands like Sonos and Denon HEOS. - System Updates and Tuning: Firmware updates and audio tuning are performed to optimize performance. - Speaker Integration: Speakers are connected and tested for functionality, including controller device setup and voice command integration. - Subscription Service Assistance: We assist in setting up and adding subscription services such as Spotify or Apple Music. - Demonstration and Cleanup: A full demonstration post-setup, with workspace cleanup and future support guidance. *Note: Service excludes custom wiring, network setup, and troubleshooting. Additional travel charges may apply outside standard areas.
Cancellation Policy
Services Policy: - Services can be booked via our website, phone, or in person. - Payment can be made online or in person, either at the time of booking or upon service completion. - Booking confirmation does not require immediate payment, but full payment must be completed upon service completion. Cancellation and Refunds: - You may cancel or change your appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. - Cancellations or changes made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in a forfeiture of the full payment. - In the case of cancellation by us due to unforeseen circumstances, you will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. No-Show Policy: - Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice (no-show) will result in the forfeiture of the full payment. Rescheduling: - Appointments can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled service time, subject to availability. Late Arrivals: - Clients arriving late for an appointment may have their service time reduced or may need to reschedule, with the full cost of the service charged. Workmanship Guarantee: - We guarantee the quality of our work and will address any service-related issues reported within 30 days of the service date at no extra cost. Liability: - We are not responsible for any pre-existing issues or damage to your property or equipment that are not directly caused by our service. Privacy: - Client information will be handled with confidentiality and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law. Acceptance of Terms: - Booking a service with us signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions. Changes to the booked service or these terms must be agreed upon in writing.
