Our specialist will connect and configure your A/V receiver or processor, integrate Wi-Fi if applicable, calibrate sound, and initiate your subscription services, all within the comfort of your home. Service Outline: - Initial Consultation: We evaluate your needs to ensure our service aligns with your expectations, offering tailored solutions. - Device Connection: Integration of your A/V receiver or processor with your audio/video sources. - Audio Configuration: Speaker settings, output adjustments, and system calibration to suit your space. - Wi-Fi Integration: For Wi-Fi-enabled devices, we connect to your network, update firmware, and assist with setting up two subscription services. - System Testing and Demonstration: We ensure everything operates smoothly and show you how to use your updated system. - Clean-Up: Post-installation, we tidy the area and dispose of packaging materials. *Note: Additional travel charges may apply outside standard service areas. Service exclusions include post-installation returns.


Cancellation Policy

Services Policy: - Services can be booked via our website, phone, or in person. - Payment can be made online or in person, either at the time of booking or upon service completion. - Booking confirmation does not require immediate payment, but full payment must be completed upon service completion. Cancellation and Refunds: - You may cancel or change your appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. - Cancellations or changes made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in a forfeiture of the full payment. - In the case of cancellation by us due to unforeseen circumstances, you will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. No-Show Policy: - Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice (no-show) will result in the forfeiture of the full payment. Rescheduling: - Appointments can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled service time, subject to availability. Late Arrivals: - Clients arriving late for an appointment may have their service time reduced or may need to reschedule, with the full cost of the service charged. Workmanship Guarantee: - We guarantee the quality of our work and will address any service-related issues reported within 30 days of the service date at no extra cost. Liability: - We are not responsible for any pre-existing issues or damage to your property or equipment that are not directly caused by our service. Privacy: - Client information will be handled with confidentiality and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law. Acceptance of Terms: - Booking a service with us signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions. Changes to the booked service or these terms must be agreed upon in writing.
