With our Data Backup or Transfer service, you no longer need to bring your devices anywhere; a specialist will come to your home to transfer data between devices. You must have both the source and destination devices available at your home. Our service is thorough and secure, ensuring your data is handled with care and the transfer is completed efficiently. Transferring your data: We'll back up or transfer your data to a medium or device of your choice, such as DVDs, NAS, hard drives, etc. You'll need to provide the backup device or opt for a cloud-based backup service. Data Backup or Transfer with Hard Drive: If needed, we can supply a hard drive for backing up or transferring your data. Consult with our specialist for pricing and details. Keeping it organized: We maintain your data's original folder structure during the transfer to ensure easy navigation (e.g., documents will be placed in the 'My Documents' folder). Finishing touches: We set up and configure any necessary software for external hard drives and help establish a data backup schedule tailored to your needs. *This service excludes network device setup and file name or tag management. **For data exceeding 9.4 GB to DVD, an additional service is available. Cancellation Policy

Services Policy: - Services can be booked via our website, phone, or in person. - Payment can be made online or in person, either at the time of booking or upon service completion. - Booking confirmation does not require immediate payment, but full payment must be completed upon service completion. Cancellation and Refunds: - You may cancel or change your appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. - Cancellations or changes made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in a forfeiture of the full payment. - In the case of cancellation by us due to unforeseen circumstances, you will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. No-Show Policy: - Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice (no-show) will result in the forfeiture of the full payment. Rescheduling: - Appointments can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled service time, subject to availability. Late Arrivals: - Clients arriving late for an appointment may have their service time reduced or may need to reschedule, with the full cost of the service charged. Workmanship Guarantee: - We guarantee the quality of our work and will address any service-related issues reported within 30 days of the service date at no extra cost. Liability: - We are not responsible for any pre-existing issues or damage to your property or equipment that are not directly caused by our service. Privacy: - Client information will be handled with confidentiality and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law. Acceptance of Terms: - Booking a service with us signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions. Changes to the booked service or these terms must be agreed upon in writing.
